2.0 LITERATURE REVIEW
In the previous chapter, I have explained about the term of junk food addiction. It’s all about the meaning of junk food, addiction and the other information of junk food which we do not know. For this chapter I will tell you clearly about junk food addiction and I really mean it correspond to the meaning of literature review. Do not get too surprise about it because junk food also has its advantages and badness.


WHAT IS ACTUALLY JUNK FOOD?
Claire Wallerstein ( 2008 )said that the term “junk food” refers to any food that is high in calories, fat, salt, and sugar without bringing any nutritional value to the table. Unfortunately, this food is usually convenient, tasty, and extremely addictive.

For some people, junk food can help them to think while making some work. If there is no junk food, they can not think. This kind of disease is also called as junk food addiction. Unfortunately, they do not know the badness of junk food. So, by this research we can help them with their disease which is so dangerous to our health.


JUNK FOOD ADDICTION
Rachel Newcomb (2003) said that eating is a natural part of life, but according to some researchers, some types of food eaten - namely sugary and fatty foods - may act like a drug and may be addictive. With obesity rising and junk food ever present, it is really possible that some people may be addicted to food.

He also said that junk food is always be the most favourite food because of its taste n easy to eat. Food with high in fat and calories can also be a painkiller and the more we eat them, the more we love it. We will feel tired if we do not get it even for one day. Maybe we will have headache and other symptom of junk food addiction.
